Organiser FAQs

Everything organisers ask before the invitation.

How do I invite Newton to speak?

Start with the booking form, it captures the event type, audience size, location, dates and topic. Newton's team reviews every request personally and replies with availability, recommended formats and fees within 24 hours.

How far in advance should we book?

Eight to twelve weeks is comfortable for keynotes, and three to four weeks for virtual sessions. Peak season (September to December) fills earliest, so reach out as soon as your dates are firm.

What formats does Newton deliver?

Keynotes of 30 to 60 minutes, half-day and full-day masterclasses, executive and board sessions, moderated fireside chats, and virtual or hybrid sessions for distributed teams.

Does Newton travel outside Uganda?

Yes. He speaks across East, West and Southern Africa and internationally. Travel, accommodation and ground transport are arranged with the host and confirmed in writing before the event.

Can the talk be tailored to our organisation?

Every session is tailored. Before the event Newton runs a short discovery call with the organiser to understand your audience, your context and the outcome you want them to leave with.

What does the host need to provide?

A wireless lapel microphone, a projector or LED screen with HDMI, a confidence monitor where possible, and a stage clear enough to walk. A technical rehearsal slot on the day is appreciated.

Do you share a speaker kit?

Yes, a high-resolution photo set, official bio in short and long form, session titles and descriptions, and logo files. Request it through the media channel on the contact page.

Is recording allowed?

Recording for internal use is usually welcome. Public broadcast or commercial distribution is agreed in advance and confirmed in the booking terms.
